Cost of Services definition

Cost of Services is FASC’s total Operating Costs incurred in providing the applicable Category of Services during the month to all investment advisers for which FASC provides that Category of Services. “Adviser’s Assets under Management” is the total average assets under management for the month for all Accounts or portions thereof for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser or subadvisor and which utilize the Category of Services.
Cost of Services means, with respect to each Service, the amount specified with respect to such Service in Schedule A or Schedule B, as applicable, to be paid by a Service Recipient in respect of such Service to the Service Provider of such Service.
Cost of Services means, with respect to each Service and/or Service Category, the cost of services specified with respect to such Service and/or Service Category in Schedule A or Schedule B, as applicable, to be paid by a Service Recipient in respect of such Service and/or Service Category.

More Definitions of Cost of Services

Cost of Services shall have the meaning set forth in Article 2.
Cost of Services means the total operating and capital costs incurred by the department or a community mental health services program with respect to, or on behalf of, an individual. Cost of services does not include the cost of research programs or expenses of state or county government unrelated to the provision of mental health services.
