Cost of Funds Rate definition

Cost of Funds Rate means, for any Accrual Period and any Lender, the rate determined as set forth below:
Cost of Funds Rate means, as of any day, the rate of interest determined by the Administrative Agent to be representative of its or the applicable Lenderscost of funds, as applicable, to extend or maintain credit under this Agreement on such day.
Cost of Funds Rate means, with respect to any Loan funded by a CP Lender that is not a CP LIBOR Lender, the weighted average of the Commercial Paper Rate, the Liquidity Funding Rate and the Credit Funding Rate at any time and from time to time based upon the portion of the outstanding principal amount of such Loan that is funded by Commercial Paper Funding, Liquidity Funding or Credit Funding for one or more Commercial Paper Funding Periods, Liquidity Funding Periods or Credit Funding Periods, respectively; provided that in no event shall the Cost of Funds Rate for any period exceed the Cost of Funds Rate Cap for such period. For purposes of this definition and its use in this Agreement, the Commercial Paper Rate established by a CP Lender shall be associated with the Commercial Paper Funding undertaken by such CP Lender.

Examples of Cost of Funds Rate in a sentence

  • Any change in the rate of interest hereunder due to a change in the Cost of Funds Rate shall become effective as of the opening of business on the first day on which such change in the Cost of Funds Rate shall become effective.

  • Interest on the outstanding principal balance of the Advances shall accrue from the Closing Date at the Cost of Funds Rate.

  • Each determination by the Administrative Agent of the Cost of Funds Rate shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes, absent manifest error.


More Definitions of Cost of Funds Rate

Cost of Funds Rate means a rate per annum notified by the applicable Lender as soon as practicable after the occurrence of the events specified in Section 4.3 hereof which expresses as a percentage rate the actual Cost of Funds to such Lender.
Cost of Funds Rate means the per annum rate of interest which Bank is required to pay, or is offering to pay, for wholesale liabilities of like tenor, adjusted for reserve requirements and such other requirements as may be imposed by federal, state or local government and regulatory agencies, as determined by Bank.
Cost of Funds Rate means, for any period, a fluctuating interest rate per annum equal for each day during such period to any Swingline Lender’s cost of funds as determined by such Swingline Lender it its sole discretion.
Cost of Funds Rate means for Kroner a rate equal to one (1) month CIBOR (Copenhagen Interbank Offered Rate) as quoted by Danmarks Nationalbank (the Danish central bank) and for currencies other than Kroner a rate equal to one-month LIBOR (London Interbank Offered Rate) as quoted in the Financial Times for the relevant currency on the first day of the relevant period;
Cost of Funds Rate means, for any day of any Interest Accrual Period, (a) to the extent a Conduit Purchaser has funded its interest in any Series 2013-VF2 Variable Funding Note through the direct or indirect issuance of Commercial Paper Notes, the Commercial Paper Rate applicable to such Conduit Purchaser and (b) in all other cases, the sum of One-Month LIBOR plus 1.00%.
Cost of Funds Rate means, with respect to each day during an Interest Period, the fixed rate per annum determined by the Lender to be its effective cost of funding in Dollars the applicable Revolver Loan for such Interest Period.
Cost of Funds Rate with respect to any Alternative Currency, the rate of interest determined by the Administrative Agent (which determination shall be conclusive absent manifest error) to be the cost to the relevant Lenders of obtaining funds denominated in such currency for the relevant Interest Period.
