Cost of Funds Expense definition

Cost of Funds Expense means, an interest rate as hereinafter defined to be applied and compounded annually with respect to the after tax cash flow related to the Plan, including benefit payments and an initial principal sum of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($5,500,000). The interest rate shall be equal to 80% of the last available one (1) year advance rate from the Federal Home Loan Bank in Indianapolis as determined on January 1 of each Plan Year, or such other rate as is mutually agreed upon by the Bank and the Director, provided, however, that it shall be 80% of 6.60% for the first Plan Year.
Cost of Funds Expense means, in respect of each Class A Note during an Accrual Period, an amount payable in arrear on each Payment Date as calculated by the Calculation Agent on each Determination Date immediately preceding such Payment Date which shall be equal to the lesser of:

More Definitions of Cost of Funds Expense

Cost of Funds Expense means the last available quarterly rate of the 6th District Cost of Funxx xxxx xxx Federal Home Loan Bank in Indianapolis plus fifty (50) basis points.
Cost of Funds Expense. The Cost of Funds Expense for any Plan Year shall be calculated by taking the amount of premiums paid during such Plan Year for the life insurance policy described in the definition of "Policy Gain" (or would have been paid if the policy had been purchased), plus the amount of any benefit payments during such Plan Year multiplied by the Corporation's combined marginal Federal and State Corporate income tax rate for the prior Plan Year, as determined by the Board in its sole discretion, plus the amount of all previous years' Cost of Funds Expense, and multiplying that sum by the After-Tax Cost of Funds.

  • Cost of Funds means, with respect to a Loan in an Alternative Currency, the actual cost to a Lender of funding or maintaining such Loan in the applicable currency from whatever source it may reasonably select for the relevant Interest Period.

  • Eleventh District Cost of Funds Rate means: (1) the rate equal to the monthly weighted average cost of funds for the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which the particular Interest Determination Date falls as set forth under the caption “11th District” on the display on Moneyline Telerate (or any successor service) on page 7058 (or any other page as may replace the specified page on that service) (“Moneyline Telerate Page 7058”) as of 11:00 A.M., San Francisco time, on that Interest Determination Date; or (2) if the rate referred to in clause (1) does not so appear on Moneyline Telerate Page 7058, the monthly weighted average cost of funds paid by member institutions of the Eleventh Federal Home Loan Bank District that was most recently announced (the “Eleventh District Index”) by the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco as the cost of funds for the calendar month immediately preceding that Interest Determination Date; or (3) if the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco fails to announce the Eleventh District Index on or prior to the particular Interest Determination Date for the calendar month immediately preceding that Interest Determination Date, the Eleventh District Cost of Funds Rate in effect on the particular Interest Determination Date.

  • National Cost of Funds Index The National Monthly Median Cost of Funds Ratio to SAIF-Insured Institutions published by the Office of Thrift Supervision.

In absence of such rate, any other arrangement that substitutes such rate as mutually agreed to by the Parties.

  • Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate means, for the Interest Period for any Eurocurrency Borrowing, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate for such Interest Period.

  • Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate means, an interest rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) 1.00% per annum plus (ii) the Adjusted LIBO Rate for a one month Interest Period on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day); provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, the Adjusted LIBO Rate for any day shall be based on the Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time on such day.

  • One-Month LIBOR With respect to the Class A Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTA1, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTA2, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTA3, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTA4, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM1, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM2, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM3, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM4, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM5, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM6, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM7, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM8, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM9, REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM10 and REMIC II Regular Interest II-LTM11 and any Accrual Period therefor, the rate determined by the Trust Administrator on the related Interest Determination Date on the basis of the offered rate for one-month U.S. dollar deposits, as such rate appears on Telerate Page 3750 as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on such Interest Determination Date; provided that if such rate does not appear on Telerate Page 3750, the rate for such date will be determined on the basis of the offered rates of the Reference Banks for one-month U.S. dollar deposits, as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on such Interest Determination Date. In such event, the Trust Administrator will request the principal London office of each of the Reference Banks to provide a quotation of its rate. If on such Interest Determination Date, two or more Reference Banks provide such offered quotations, One-Month LIBOR for the related Accrual Period shall be the arithmetic mean of such offered quotations (rounded upwards if necessary to the nearest whole multiple of 1/16%). If on such Interest Determination Date, fewer than two Reference Banks provide such offered quotations, One-Month LIBOR for the related Accrual Period shall be the higher of (i) One-Month LIBOR as determined on the previous Interest Determination Date and (ii) the Reserve Interest Rate. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if, under the priorities described above, One-Month LIBOR for an Interest Determination Date would be based on One-Month LIBOR for the previous Interest Determination Date for the third consecutive Interest Determination Date, the Trust Administrator shall select, after consultation with the NIMS Insurer, an alternative comparable index (over which the Trust Administrator has no control), used for determining one-month Eurodollar lending rates that is calculated and published (or otherwise made available) by an independent party.
