Cost Centers definition

Cost Centers means those areas or functional activities of the Airport System as set forth in Exhibit E attached hereto, grouped together for the purposes of accounting for Revenues, O&M Expenses, Debt Service, Debt Service Coverage, Other Debt Service, Amortization Requirements, and Capital Expenditures less than $300,000.
Cost Centers means the areas (and functional activities associated with such areas) used in accounting for the amortization, the depreciation, the debt service and the Operation and Maintenance Expenses of the Airport for the purposes of calculating rents, fees, and charges, as shown on Exhibit C as may hereafter be modified or expanded, and as more particularly described below:

Examples of Cost Centers in a sentence

  • The annual costs associated with each of the indirect cost centers shall be allocated to each of the applicable Airport Cost Centers based on the allocations as set forth in Exhibit M, Indirect Cost Center Allocation, which allocations may be reasonably adjusted from time to time by MAC and approved by a Majority-In-Interest of Signatory Airlines.

  • The annual costs associated with each of the indirect cost centers shall be allocated to each of the Airport Cost Centers based on the allocations as set forth in Exhibit M, Indirect Cost Center Allocation, which allocations may be amended from time to time by mutual consent of MAC and a Majority-In-Interest of Signatory Airlines.

  • Costs will be charged to Client Company Cost Centers, Project Activities as work is performed and costs are incurred.

  • Capital Expenditures 2, and twenty percent (20%) of such premium costs shall be reasonably allocated to other Airport Cost Center(s) that benefit from such insurance policies.

  • For costs accumulated in Cost Centers which are for services of a general nature that cannot be directly assigned or distributed, the method or methods of allocation are also set forth.


More Definitions of Cost Centers

Cost Centers means collectively the following cost centers, as illustrated on Exhibit D and as the same may hereafter be amended from time to time. Such Airport Cost Centers shall be used for purposes of accounting for Airport Revenues and Airport Expenses and for calculating and adjusting certain rentals, fees and charges as specified in this Agreement:
Cost Centers means the South Terminal Cost Center, the North Terminal Cost Center and the Airport Cost Center, which shall be certain areas of the Airport grouped together for the purpose of accounting for Revenues, O&M Expenses and Bond Debt Service. Each such area is a Cost Center.
Cost Centers means the functional areas of the Airport used to indicate the general geographic location of facilities and in accounting for revenues, expenses and debt service, consisting of the “Airfield Area,” “Airport Support Area,” “Terminal Area,” “Groundside Area,” “Utilities Area,” and “West of Bayshore Area,” as further described in the definition of each Cost Center and illustrated in Exhibit O.
Cost Centers means the areas, facilities, systems and services that are grouped for the purpose of accounting for and the assignment of Revenues, O&M Expenses, Debt Service, Amortization Charges, Coverage Charges, Major Maintenance Fund Deposits, Reserve Deposits and any other deposits required by the Indenture.
Cost Centers means those areas or functional activities at the Airport established by the Lessor for accounting for revenues, expenses, and capital charges as identified in Section 5.02 of this Agreement.
Cost Centers means the entities listed on Schedule 1.2.
