Cost and Pricing Data definition

Cost and Pricing Data means detailed back-up information regarding the basis for the Proposer’s cost estimates for development, design, construction, operations, and maintenance of the Project. Cost and Pricing Data shall include supporting data, technical memoranda, calculations, formulas, unit and materials prices (if applicable) and such other cost, charge and fee information used by the Proposer in the creation and derivation of its Proposal, including copies of all offers and all data and information received from all Subcontractors (at all tiers) identified in the Proposal and any other potential Contractors that provided data and information used as the basis for the Contract Price.
Cost and Pricing Data means the detailed back-up information regarding the basis for the Apparent Best Value Proposer’s cost estimates for design, construction, operations and maintenance of the Project, including copies of all offers and all data and information received from all Contractors (at all tiers) identified in the Proposal and any other potential Contractors that provided data and information used as the basis for the Detailed Costing Form (Form N) and Financial Plan Summary (Form R) of its Proposal.
Cost and Pricing Data means all facts that, as of the date of price agreement, or, if applicable, an earlier date agreed upon between the parties that is as close as practicable to the date of agreement on price, prudent buyers and sellers would reasonably expect to affect price negotiations significantly. “Cost Reimbursement Agreement” is an Agreement where a vendor is paid for all of its allowed expenses, plus additional payment to allow for a profit. Cost-reimbursement contracts contrast with fixed-price contract, in which the Contractor is paid a negotiated amount regardless of incurred expenses.

The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Line Information Data Base (LIDB) means a transaction-oriented database system that functions as a centralized repository for data storage and retrieval. LIDB is accessible through CCS networks. LIDB contains records associated with End User line numbers and special billing numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other network elements and provides return result, return error, and return reject responses as appropriate. Examples of information that Account Owners might store in LIDB and in their Line Records are: ABS Validation Data, Originating Line Number Screening (OLNS) data, ZIP Code data, and Calling Name Information.

  • Approved Pricing Service means a pricing or quotation service either: (a) as set forth in Schedule 1.01(a) or (b) any other pricing or quotation service approved by the Board of Directors of the Borrower and designated in writing by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent (which designation shall be accompanied by a copy of a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Borrower that such pricing or quotation service has been approved by the Borrower).

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.

  • Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.
