Corresponding Component As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Non-Vertically Retained Principal Balance Certificates or Lower-Tier Regular Interest.
Corresponding Tenor with respect to any Available Tenor means, as applicable, either a tenor (including overnight) or an interest payment period having approximately the same length (disregarding business day adjustment) as such Available Tenor.
Corresponding Certificate With respect to each REMIC II Regular Interest (other than REMIC II Regular Interests AA, ZZ and IO), the Certificate with the corresponding designation. With respect to each REMIC III Regular Interest (other than the Class C Interest and the Class IO Interest), the related Certificate representing an ownership therein.
Corresponding Certificates As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Lower-Tier Regular Interest or Component.
Corresponding Debt means any amount, other than any Parallel Debt, which an Obligor owes to a Secured Party under or in connection with the Finance Documents.

Corresponding Lower-Tier Regular Interest As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Principal Balance Certificates or Component.
Corresponding REMIC I Regular Interest means the REMIC I Regular Interest that relates to any particular Mortgage Loan (including an REO Mortgage Loan) or Qualifying Substitute Mortgage Loan that replaces such Mortgage Loan, which REMIC I Regular Interest has the characteristics described in the Preliminary Statement.
Corresponding REMIC II Regular Interest means the REMIC II Regular Interest as defined in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Corresponding Certificates or any Corresponding Component.
Component Notional Amount Not applicable.
REMIC 2 Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and related REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the Uncertificated REMIC 2 Pass-Through Rate for REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTAA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.
Distribution Margin means the margin which the IPTV Operator is entitled for the purpose of distribution of pay Zee Group Channels or bouquet of pay Zee Group Channels, as the case may be.
REMIC III Distribution Amount The REMIC III Available Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall be distributed to the Certificates and the Class R-3 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:
Prepayment Distribution Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date and each Class of Subordinate Certificates, under the applicable circumstances set forth below, the respective percentages set forth below:
REMIC I Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount shall be distributed to the REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:
Lower-Tier Distribution Amount As defined in Section 5.02(a).
REMIC I Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC I Remittance Rate for REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTAA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.
Class C Invested Amount means, as of a date, an amount (not less than zero) equal to (a) the initial Note Balance of the Class C Notes, minus (b) the aggregate amount of any principal payments made to the Noteholders of the Class C Notes before that date, minus (c) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Investor Charge-Offs applied to reduce the Class C Invested Amount under Section 4.3 of the Indenture Supplement before that date, minus (d) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Reallocated Principal Collections applied to reduce the Class C Invested Amount under Section 4.4 of the Indenture Supplement before that date.
Transaction Notional Amount means (A) in respect of any Transaction that is a cross currency hedge, the Base Currency Equivalent of the Currency Amount applicable to Party A’s payment obligations and (B) in respect of any other Transaction, the Base Currency Equivalent of the Notional Amount.
REMIC IV Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the Classes of REMIC IV Regular Interests; and
