Corrective Maintenance Report. A report provided to the Authorized User by the Contractor documenting Corrective Maintenance work performed and describing the work performed, the materials used in the work, the labor provided and a summary of the cost of the work.

  • Corrective Maintenance means the maintenance which is required when an item has failed or worn out, to bring it back to working order, which may also include those services necessary to partially restore, renew or strengthen an existing Department facility or system, following damage caused by use or normal wear and tear.

  • Routine maintenance means activities to keep an impervious surface as near as possible to its constructed condition.
