Correction Period definition

Correction Period has the meaning set forth in Section 5(b).
Correction Period means a response to EarthLink acknowledging its Error and reporting the projected time of Error Correction within five (5) business days of receipt of the report from EarthLink and provide Error Correction within ten (10) business days.
Correction Period means a period of one year commencing on the date of Substantial Completion.

More Definitions of Correction Period

Correction Period means the period of time extending until one (1) year after Final Acceptance whereby Contractor agrees to correct Defective Work guaranteed pursuant to the Contract.
Correction Period means: (a) the period of time specified in the applicable SOW for Supplier to Cure any Nonconformities with a Service or Item or (b) if no such period is specified in the applicable SOW, thirty (30) calendar days following delivery to Supplier of the Rejection Notice identifying the applicable Nonconformities.
