Corporation Options definition

Corporation Options means all options to purchase Corporation Common Shares outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time and issued pursuant to the Corporation Stock Option Plan or otherwise;
Corporation Options has the meaning specified in Section 2.5.
Corporation Options means each outstanding, unexpired, unexercised option and award of the right to purchase the Class C Exchangeable Shares pursuant to the Option Plan.

Examples of Corporation Options in a sentence

  • Except for the foregoing, Acquired Corporation does not have any other arrangements or commitments obligating it to issue shares of its capital stock or any securities convertible into or having the right to purchase shares of its capital stock, including the grant or issuance of Acquired Corporation Options.

  • Also, by mutual agreement between the Corporation and a Participant in the Plan or under any other present or future plan of the Corporation, Options or other Awards may be granted to a Participant in substitution and exchange for, and in cancellation of, any Awards previously granted to the Participant under the Plan, or under any other future plan of the Corporation.

More Definitions of Corporation Options

Corporation Options mean those options to purchase Common Shares issued by the Corporation entitling the holder(s) thereof, on the payment of the exercise price therefor, to acquire Common Shares.
Corporation Options means options, rights, or warrants to purchase Corporation Stock granted by the Corporation.

Corporation Options means options to purchase Shares issued pursuant to the Corporation’s stock option plan entitled the “OpSens Inc. 2019 Restated Stock Option Plan” adopted on November 13, 2019.
