Corporation Meeting definition

Corporation Meeting means the special meeting of the Corporation Securityholders called pursuant to the Interim Order, including any adjournment or postponement thereof, to consider and, if deemed advisable, approve the Corporation Arrangement Resolution.
Corporation Meeting means the special meeting, including any adjournments or postponements thereof, of the Corporation Shareholders to be held, among other things, to consider and, if deemed advisable, to approve the Arrangement;

  • The Parties hereby consent to the disclosure of the substance of this Agreement in any press release required by applicable Laws or any circular relating to the Corporation Meeting and to the filing of this Agreement as may be required pursuant to applicable Laws.
