Corporation Common Stock definition

Corporation Common Stock shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

Corporation Common Stock means the Series 1 FON Stock, the Series 2 FON Stock, the Series 3 FON Stock, the Class A Common Stock, the Series 1 PCS Stock, the Series 2 PCS Stock and the Series 3 PCS Stock.

Corporation Common Stock means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Corporation.

• Each certificate representing outstanding shares of Sub Common Stock shall at the Effective Time represent an equal number of shares of Surviving Corporation Common Stock.

Corporation Common Stock means shares of common stock of the Corporation.
