Corporation Bonds definition

Corporation Bonds means Bonds purchased with moneys provided to the Bond Trustee for the account of the Corporation or any affiliate of the Corporation, and that are Bonds registered in the name of the Corporation or designated as being held for the account of the Corporation or any affiliate of the Corporation, and that are not Liquidity Provider Bonds.
Corporation Bonds means Bonds registered in the name of the Corporation, or beneficial interests in Bonds designated on the books of the Remarketing Agent as being held for the account of the Corporation that are not Pledged Bonds.
Corporation Bonds means Bonds registered in the name of the Corporation or any broker-dealer or nominee owning Bonds pursuant to an arrangement with the Corporation.

  • Serial Bonds means those Bonds designated as such and maturing on the dates set forth in the Certificate of Award, bearing interest payable on each Interest Payment Date and not subject to mandatory sinking fund redemption.

  • School Bonds means School Obligations issued as Bonds.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.
