Corporate Resolution means each of:
Corporate Resolution. A Corporate Resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the Borrower authorizing the execution, delivery, and performance of the Loan Documents on or in a form provided by or acceptable to Bank.

A Corporate Resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the Borrower authorizing the execution, delivery, and performance of the Loan Documents on or in a form provided by or acceptable to Bank. Guaranty: Guaranty Agreement(s) duly executed by the Guarantor(s). Additional Documents: Receipt by the Bank of other approvals, opinions, or documents as the Bank may reasonably request.
Examples of Corporate Resolution in a sentence
If you obtain a Medallion Signature Guarantee from a bank, brokerage house or trust company, a Corporate Resolution (with a raised corporate seal) from the bank, brokerage house or trust company must be included (stating that the Guarantor is an authorized signatory).
