Corporate Guarantees definition

Corporate Guarantees means, together, the Aegean Bunkering Guarantee, the Aegean Marine Guarantee and the Aegean Shipholdings Guarantee and “Corporate Guarantee” means any of them;

Corporate Guarantees means the guarantee and indemnity to be provided for by the Corporate Guarantors referred to in clause 12 of the Loan Agreement and “Corporate Guarantee” means any of them;

Corporate Guarantees means together the Manager’s Guarantee and AEGEAN PETROLEUM Guarantee and AEGEAN PETROLEUM NETWORK Guarantee and AEGEAN SHIPHOLDINGS Guarantee and, in the singular, means any of them;

Examples of Corporate Guarantees in a sentence

• Each of the representations and warranties contained in clause 4.1 of this Agreement, clause 7 of the Principal Agreement and clause 4 of each of the Corporate Guarantees shall be deemed to be repeated by the Relevant Parties on the Effective Date as if made with reference to the facts and circumstances existing on such day.

• Each of the representations and warranties contained in clause 4.1 of this Agreement, clause 7 of the form of the amended and restated Loan Agreement set out in schedule 3, clause 4 of each of the Corporate Guarantees and clause 3 of each Manager's Undertaking shall be deemed to be repeated by the Relevant Parties on the Effective Date as if made with reference to the facts and circumstances existing on such day.

• Each of the representations and warranties contained in clause 4.1 of this Agreement, clause 14 of the form of the amended and restated Financial Agreement set out in schedule 3, clause 3 of each Existing Corporate Guarantee and clause 3 of each of the New Corporate Guarantees shall be deemed to be repeated by the relevant Relevant Parties on the Effective Date as if made with reference to the facts and circumstances existing on such day.

• Such letters of Credit, Personal Guarantees, Corporate Guarantees and Financial Statements will be collected from Manufacturer by Ford Motor Credit Company on behalf of Ford.

• If requested by Ford, Manufacturer will provide to Ford Letters of Credit and/or Personal Guarantees and/or Corporate Guarantees.

More Definitions of Corporate Guarantees

Corporate Guarantees means a corporate guarantee to be procured by Contractor in favour of the Purchaser from KNM Group Berhad which shall be valid from the Commencement Date until the issuance of the final Defects Liability Certificate, in the form and substance as provided in Appendix 16;

Corporate Guarantees means, together, the DryShips Guarantee and the Asclepius Guarantee and “Corporate Guarantee” means either of them;
