Corporate Guarantee definition

Corporate Guarantee means the guarantee required to be executed hereunder by the Corporate Guarantor in such form as the Bank may agree or require ;
Corporate Guarantee means the corporate guarantee issued or (as the context may require) to be issued by the Corporate Guarantor in favour of the Security Agent in the form set out in schedule 9;

More Definitions of Corporate Guarantee

Corporate Guarantee means the guarantee required to be executed hereunder by the relevant Corporate Guarantor in such form as the Agent and the Majority Lenders may require in their sole discretion;
