Corporate Group definition

Corporate Group means the Corporation and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.

Corporate Group means a group of Single Legal Entities consisting of the Corporate Group Owner and up to nine nominated Subsidiaries (as defined in the Corporates Act) of the Corporate Group Owner.

Corporate Group means an entity and all affiliates of that entity.

• By execution of this document, I do not waive or release or otherwise relinquish any legal rights I may have which are attributable to or arise out of acts, omissions, or events of the Company or any other member of the Corporate Group which occur after the date of the execution of this Waiver and Release.

More Definitions of Corporate Group

Corporate Group means the Corporation and its Subsidiaries.
