Corporate Governance Measures definition

Corporate Governance Measures means the corporate governance measures set forth in Sections III·A to III·E of this Stipulation.

  • The Board shall designate an aggregate amount of $5,000,000 (five million dollars) of the Settlement Amount to be used for the implementation and operation of the Corporate Governance Measures and the FCC Compliance Plan over the next five (5) years.
