Corporate Group means the Corporation and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.
corporate person means a company as defined in clause (20) of section 2 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), a limited liability partnership, as defined in clause (n) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), or any other person incorporated with limited liability under any law for the time being in force but shall not include any financial service provider;
Corporate Affiliate means any parent or subsidiary corporation of the Corporation (as determined in accordance with Code Section 424), whether now existing or subsequently established.
Certified peace officer means a peace officer certified by the
Planning Director means the Planning Director of the City of Santa Xxxxxx, or his or her designee.
Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999, as amended, between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.
Named Executive Officers or “NEOs” means the following individuals:
Nonprofit corporation means a nonstock corporation organized under ch. 181 that is a nonprofit corporation, as defined in s. 181.0103 (17).
Religious organization means a church, ecclesiastical corporation, or group, not organized for pecuniary profit, that gathers for mutual support and edification in piety or worship of a supreme deity.
Named Executive Officer or “NEO” means each of the following individuals:
Governing board means the Fund's Board of Directors if the Fund is a corporation or the Fund's Board of Trustees if the Fund is a trust, or, where duly authorized, a competent committee thereof.
Head means the person appointed by the Governors of the School to be responsible for (or to share in the responsibility for) the day-to-day running of the School, including anyone to whom such duties have been delegated;
President means the President of the Corporation.
Corporate Headquarters means the location that is the primary center of direction, control and coordination for the company.
Deputy Director means the Deputy Director of the Authority, as the case may be.
Chief Academic Officer means the Administrative Officer at the College who has overall management responsibility for academic programs and services, or his/her designee.
Corporate Defendants means Money Now Funding, LLC, a/k/a Money
Cooperative Corporation The entity that holds title (fee or an acceptable leasehold estate) to the real property and improvements constituting the Cooperative Property and which governs the Cooperative Property, which Cooperative Corporation must qualify as a Cooperative Housing Corporation under Section 216 of the Code.
Information Officer means the Person acting on behalf of the Company and discharging the duties and responsibilities assigned to the Head of the Private Body by the Act. The Information Officer is duly authorised to act as such and such authorisation has been confirmed in writing by the Head of the Private Body.
Corporate Member means, corporate entity who have entered into a Membership Agreement with DOCOMO BIKESHARE, INC. under the Bicycle Rental (Sharing) system in pursuant to Article 3, such as profit corporations, non-profit corporations, public corporations, and those with juridical personality by law. Member: means, an Individual Member and a Corporate Member collectively referred to as Member.
Corporate Partner means a Partner that is subject to tax under [reference to State law].
