Corporate Employees definition

Corporate Employees means any and all employees of McREMI who are not Property Employees; provided that this definition shall not include any persons hired by Sellers to conduct the proxy solicitation process. "CRLPA" means the California Revised Limited Partnership Act.
Corporate Employees means any current employee of Seller or its Subsidiaries and any employee of Seller or its Subsidiaries hired after the date hereof and before the Closing Date, including such employees who are Central or Shared Function Employees, other than (i) Business Employees or Transferred Employees, (ii) any current employee of Seller or its Subsidiaries, and any employee of Seller or its Subsidiaries hired after the date hereof and before the Closing Date, for Seller’s electric utility operations in Missouri and Kansas, and (iii) any retirees of Seller or any of its Subsidiaries and any employee of Seller or its Subsidiaries who retires between the date hereof and the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Corporate Employees

Corporate Employees means: the CEO; the CFO; the General Counsel of GrafTech; and any other employee of the Company who does not perform services directly for a Line of Business and who is designated by the CEO as a Corporate Employee for purposes of the Plan.

Corporate Employees means the corporate level employees or former employees of Parent who are listed or referred to in Part I of Schedule 1.01(c) and, therefore, allocated to the Company and the Company Subsidiaries for purposes of responsibility for any retiree health obligations, severance obligations and restricted stock redemption expenses, as set forth in this Agreement.
