Corporate Compliance Program definition

Corporate Compliance Program or “Program” means the written procedures and policies used by Triune that are designed to ensure that all officers, directors and employees are aware of the Code and adhere to its standards and the requirements of FAR 52.203-13. The Corporate Compliance Program is implemented and administered by the Corporate Compliance Officer.
