Corporate Code of Conduct definition

Corporate Code of Conduct means the Supplier Code of Conduct forming part of the Contract and located on the Website.
Corporate Code of Conduct means the supplier code of conduct located at https://www.woodside.com.au/suppliers. “CS” means concentrated solar energy (whether for electrical and/or thermal output).
Corporate Code of Conduct means the supplier code of conduct located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxxxx.

  • The Corporate Code of Conduct for the Company is intended to guide employees' and contractors' activities to enhance value and to minimize situations where a conflict of interest could arise and where harm to the Company and its employees could occur.

Related to Corporate Code of Conduct

  • Code of Conduct means the SFC's Code of Conduct for Persons Licensed by or Registered with the Securities and Futures Commission.
