Core Use definition

Core Use means, in respect of a Station whichever of Occasional Use, Regular Use or Daily Use is specified in paragraph 4 of the relevant Station Supplement;
Core Use means the general transport or switching of data within a network (including, without limitation, a consumer network, local area network, metropolitan area network or wide area network), such as that performed by network operating systems, switches, routers, hubs, firewalls, gateways, repeaters, bridges, general purpose NIC cards, backbones and trunks;

  • re-use means any operation by which products or components that are not waste are used again for the same purpose for which they were conceived;

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Permitted User means a person other than an employee of the Company who is authorized by the Company pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.1(a)(ii) and all applicable Documentation to access and use one or more specific Component Systems.

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.
