Core Property definition

Core Property means any real property owned or occupied by the Club that comprises:
Core Property means any Property which is leased or intended to be leased to tenants primarily for retail uses.
Core Property means any of the hotel properties owned by Savannah Hotel Associates, L.L.C., a Virginia limited liability company, SOHO Wilmington LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Philadelphia Hotel Associates LP, a Pennsylvania limited partnership, Tampa Hotel Associates LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, MHI Jacksonville LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, or SOHO Atlanta LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

More Definitions of Core Property

Core Property means, collectively, (a) the hotel, resort and casino properties commonly known as Palace Station, Boulder Station, Sunset Station, Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa, Green Valley Ranch Resort, Casino and Spa, Texas Station Gambling Hall & Hotel, Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino and Fiesta Xxxxxxxxx Casino Hotel and (b) each casino or hotel property hereafter owned or operated by the Borrower or a Restricted Subsidiary (but not any such property that is (i) owned by an Unrestricted Subsidiary or (ii) so long as not owned by the Borrower or a Restricted Subsidiary, operated by an Unrestricted Subsidiary) whose individual Consolidated EBITDA (determined in a manner acceptable to the Administrative Agent) for the then most recently ended twelve-month period for which financial statements are then available exceeds $10,000,000, excluding any real property or improvements that have been released from the Liens of the Administrative Agent in accordance with the terms of the Loan Documents.
Core Property means Property that can be developed or be utilised on its own for any municipal function;
Core Property means a Facility which is any one of several design prototypes developed by SALI and its Wholly Owned Subsidiaries (other than Karrington Operating Company, Inc.) during the years of operation under the "Sunrise" tradename, which Facilities are located in a Metropolitan Area in which SALI or its Affiliates own or manage at least two (2) such Facilities and which has also not been designated as a Non-Core Property.

Core Property means the educational facilities of the Institution located on its campus in North Bethesda, Maryland.
