Core Products definition

Core Products means those Additional Products and Additional Services designated as "Core Products" on Exhibit D to this License Agreement, as amended from time to time.

Core Products means cobalt sulfate heptahydrate, nickel sulfate hexahydrate, and lithium carbonate.

Core Products means those products from third-party suppliers with whom VWR has an established supply chain agreement generally covering delivery terms, warranty, pricing, and stocking. These products are generally available on VWR’s websites or in VWR catalogs, and may include customer-specific products and spot-buys from customers of Core Products within a given product line that are therefore subject to the established supply chain agreement with the supplier of Core Products as referenced above; and

• Core Products: K–5 RLA: Amplify Texas Elementary Literacy Program.

• Some Core Products are available on subscription with differing levels of support.

• These Products are identified in Attachment A, Products and Services Pricing, under the Brand Label Core Products and Private Label Core Products tabs.

• At the end of each twelve (12) month during the term of the Contract, if the cost of a Brand Label Core Products and/or Private Label Core Products (excluding any and all Medical Equipment Products) are subject to a Manufacturer increase or decrease, Vendor shall have the right to adjust any applicable purchase prices to MMCAP, MMCAP Member and MMCAP Participating Facilities.

• These products will have bilaterally negotiated pricing for all modifications to Core Products and any additional products and services customers wish to purchase.

More Definitions of Core Products

Core Products means the high usage Products commonly used by OECM Clients;

Core Products means Current and Successor Optical Media Products, Current and Successor Magnetic Tape Products and Current and Successor Flash Memory Products.

Core Products means automotive (including electric vehicles) Lubricant Products, coolants, antifreeze and Valvoline Professional Series chemical products and other service chemicals, in each case, produced or sold by or on behalf of SUPPLIER under any “Valvoline” or “V” trademark, as set forth in Exhibit A.

Core Products means U.S. Treasury, Agency and Agency mortgage-backed securities, and repurchase agreements and reverse repurchase agreements thereon.

Core Products styling and grooming products, color cosmetics, skin care products, hair care products and accessories, or other beauty and personal care products, including fragrances.

Core Products means the products as listed in Exhibit D.

Core Products shall have the meaning given such term in Section 7.4.
