Core Investment definition

Core Investment means Centre’s aggregate investment in the Partnership and the Class A Common Units received directly or indirectly by it in return therefor.
Core Investment means a completed Investment which, as of the Acquisition Date: (A) is located in one of the Primary Markets; and (B) is not a Value-Add Investment.

All the Liquid Investments described in clauses (a) through (d) above shall have maturities of not more than 365 days from the date of issue.

  • Total Investment means the sum of the aggregate Capital Contributions made by a Member.

  • Performing Cash Pay Mezzanine Investments means Mezzanine Investments (a) as to which, at the time of determination, not less than 2/3rds of the interest (including accretions and “pay-in-kind” interest) for the current monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual period (as applicable) is payable in cash and (b) which are Performing.
