Core Funds definition

Core Funds means the Core USD Fund and the Core CDN Fund together.
Core Funds means reserves, cash designated for projects and other non-operating purposes.
Core Funds means an amount of money up to the sum of the core operating budget and the one-time project funding, both of which are set out in Schedule B, up to the maximum set out in section 4.7.

  • Keep in mind that Core Funds invest in a broad portion of their market and Specialty Funds invest in just a portion of their particular market.

  • Medicaid will then bill the LHDs quarterly for half of the reimbursement (State match) and that portion will be transferred from the State Core Funds to Medicaid (either through RSTARS or check).

  • The Treasurer will create and implement a process to monitor and evaluate the Program’s investment structure and the Core Funds, and based on such periodic evaluations and consultation with appropriate parties, the Treasurer will make changes to either the asset classes or Core Funds.

  • Where appropriate, active risk (tracking error) budgets will be established and monitored for each of the Core Funds.

  • Investments outside of the Core Funds are not reviewed by the Treasurer’s Office.


More Definitions of Core Funds

Core Funds means the Investment Offerings set out in Part II of Schedule C to the Regulations.

Core Funds means, collectively, CORE Industrial Partners Fund I, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, CORE Industrial Partners Fund I Parallel LP, a Delaware limited partnership, CORE Industrial Fund Partners GP I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (acting in its capacity as general partner of CORE Fund I and CORE Fund I Parallel), and any affiliated investment vehicles managed, directly or indirectly, by CORE or its Affiliates.

Related to Core Funds

  • Fresh Funds means funds that:

  • Infrastructure fund means the renewable fuel infrastructure fund created in section 159A.16.

  • Revenue Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • Loan Fund means the special fund created by the RECIPIENT for the repayment of the principal of and interest on the loan. “Loan Security” means the mechanism by which the RECIPIENT pledges to repay the loan.

  • Escrowed Funds Has the meaning, with respect to any Trust, specified in Section 2.02(b).

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.

  • Maximum Funds means the maximum Funds set out in Schedule “B”.

  • Program fund means the program fund created under Section 53B-8a-107,

  • Funds means financial assets and benefits of every kind, including, but not limited to:

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.

  • Escrow Account The Eligible Account or Accounts established and maintained pursuant to Section 3.09(b).
