Core Functionality definition

Core Functionality means the following individual core capabilities of the Contractor Solution including; i) Returns Processing, ii) Account Maintenance, iii) Revenue Accounting, iv) Collections, v) Process Payments, vi) Process Disbursements, vii) Customer Service and viii) Online Portal Services.
Core Functionality means that portion of the Orbitz Software functionality (and any Updates thereto) that is not AA-Specific Functionality and that is used by Orbitz to provide the Hosting and Support Services, including without limitation the functionality identified in Exhibit B.

Core Functionality means the ability to use the Cloud Offering to: (i) load a designer interface; (ii) publish a generic process; (iii) launch a generic process (including accepting a generic task and entering a generic form); (iv) access a generic dashboard; or (v) run a generic report.

Core Functionality will mean a major feature or function that results in the usability and operation of the Platform, including the ability to login, make recognitions or redemptions in the Platform.
