Core Document definition

Core Document means a prospectus, a take-over bid circular, an issuer bid circular, a directors’ circular, a rights offering circular, MD&A, an annual information form, an information circular, annual and interim financial statements and material change reports.

Core Document means a prospectus, a take-over bid circular, an issuer bid circular, a directors’ circular, a rights offering circular, management’s discussion and analysis, an annual information form, an information circular, annual financial statements, interim financial statements, a material change report of the Corporation;

Core Document means a prospectus, a take-over bid circular, an issuer bid circular, a directors’ circular, a rights offering circular, MD&A, an annual information form, an information circular, annual or interim financial statements or a material change report; or any other document included within the definition of “core document” as set out from time to time in section 138.1 of the Securities Act (Ontario);

Core Document has the meaning prescribed under the applicable Existing Security Holder Exemption(s);

Core Document means this document and any attached Appendices. Plan Sponsor’s Adoption Agreement, this Core Document, and the Benefit Description together constitute the Plan.
