Core Application definition

Core Application means an application implemented to support the services provided to the Funds or GS. This does NOT include desktop productivity applications such as word processors, spreadsheets, etc.
Core Application means Contractor’s proprietary Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software, including all components and Documentation, Licensed by Contractor to County to meet the System Requirements, including the Statement of Work and Specifications. The Core Application is and shall become a component of the System Software.
Core Application means any software application expressly designed to automate the business processes of physician billing, physician scheduling, managed care contract administration, hospital clinical practice, hospital patient administration, or hospital billing, including by way of example and not in limitation, as embodied in the products currently marketed by IDX under the trademarks "IDXtendR," "IDXSite" and "LastWord."

More Definitions of Core Application

Core Application means software and other tools, and related Documentation, provided by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement as part of the Baseline Application, which shall meet some or all of the System Requirements.
