Copyright Work definition

Copyright Work means any Work in which any Copyright subsists;
Copyright Work means a work of any of those descriptions in which copyright subsists under Article 13;
Copyright Work means any output of the Contractor's activity arisen during performance of the Adjustment pursuant to this Contract which fulfils the elements of the work protected according to the provisions of Section 2 of the Copyright Act.

  • If an external organisation or employee of The University is involved in financing or producing Copyright Work, a deviating allocation of this right of use must be recorded in writing between the student, The University and the external organisation or employee.

  • If an external organisation or employee of The University is involved in financing or producing Copyright Work, a deviating allocation of the rights must be recorded in writing between the student, The University and the external organisation or employee, and details of this allocation must be provided to the Education Office in accordance with Article 3.

More Definitions of Copyright Work

Copyright Work means any work of authorship, including computer software, that Executive prepared alone or with others within the scope of Executive’s employment relating to the subject matter of Executive’s employment, during the Term of Employment or within one (1) year thereafter.
