Copyright Collateral definition

Copyright Collateral means all Copyrights, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by the Company, that are associated with the Business.
Copyright Collateral means all Copyrights, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by any Credit Party, including each Copyright identified in Annex 4.
