COPIES OF CONTRACT. Two copies of the individual teacher contract shall be given to the employee each year for signature. Teachers should review their placement for experience and education and if there is an error, the teacher must report it no later than the last day in November. A copy of the approved contract will be returned to the employee and the original placed in the District files.

  • Acquisition Agreement Representations means the representations and warranties with respect to the Companies made by the Seller in the Acquisition Agreement to the extent a breach of such representations and warranties is material to the interests of the Lenders, but only to the extent that the Borrower or its Affiliates have the right to terminate its or their obligations under the Acquisition Agreement (or decline to consummate the Rockwood Acquisition) as a result of a breach of such representations in the Acquisition Agreement.

  • Supplemental contract means a written agreement entered into for the distribution of proceeds under a life, health, or annuity policy or contract.
