Coordination Workgroup definition

Coordination Workgroup means the Workgroup of GSA Representatives established pursuant to this Coordination Agreement.

  • It is understood and agreed that the intent of the GSA Parties is to reach a consensus on all matters considered by the Coordination Workgroup for recommendation forward to each GSA Party’s Board of Directors for final consideration.

  • Each GSA Party shall appoint and authorize one Representative and one Alternate to participate in coordination functions as described herein, and to facilitate timely and informed input and direction to the Coordination Workgroup and the Plan Manager.

  • The Coordination Workgroup shall appoint, by unanimous consent, a Plan Manager, who may be a consultant hired by the GSA Parties pursuant to the Coordination Agreement or a public agency serving as or participating in a GSA that is a GSA Party to this Coordination Agreement.

  • It is agreed and understood that, in the interest of cooperation and overall efficiency, every effort will be made to schedule meetings of the Coordination Workgroup at such times and places as will result in the ability of each GSA Party to have a GSA Representative present at the meeting.

  • If one of the Parties doesn’t elect to program management duties and through recommendation of the Coordination Workgroup and approval of the Parties, Program management shall be facilitated through a third party.

  • The Plan Manager has no authority to bind or otherwise create legal obligations on behalf of the Coordination Workgroup.

  • The Plan Manager shall keep and prepare informal meeting notes of all Coordination Workgroup meetings.

  • The Coordination Workgroup may, but is not required to, set a date for regular meetings for the purposes described in this Coordination Agreement.

  • The Plan Manager is obligated to disclose all substantive communications he/she transmits and receives in his/her capacity as Plan Manager to the Coordination Workgroup.

Related to Coordination Workgroup

  • Coordination means the process through which the infrastructure manager and applicants will attempt to resolve situations in which there are conflicting applications for infrastructure capacity;

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • Service coordination means a specialized care management service that is performed by a Service Coordinator and that includes but is not limited to:

  • Project Coordination Unit or “PCU” means the unit referred to in Section II (1) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

  • Order Coordination refers to standard BellSouth service order coordination involving the reuse of facilities for SL2 voice loops and all digital loops, where Choctaw is requesting that their loop order be provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. Order coordination for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date and Choctaw will be advised.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Construction Activities means the disturbance of soils associated with clearing, grading, excavation activities or other construction-related activities.

  • Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Project Management The individuals appointed by each Party cf. clause 4.1 in the Agreement.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • Design Criteria Professional means a firm who holds a current certificate of registration under Chapter 481 of the Florida Statutes, to practice architecture or landscape architecture, or a firm who holds a current certificate as a registered engineer under Chapter 471 of the Florida Statutes, to practice engineering, and who is employed by or under contract to the District to provide professional architect services, landscape architect services, or engineering services in connection with the preparation of the Design Criteria Package.

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.

  • Training program means a standardized medication

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
