Coordinated Election Official definition

Coordinated Election Official. (hereinafter “CEO”) shall mean the County Clerk and Recorder who shall act as the “coordinated election official,” as defined within the Code and Rules and, as such, shall conduct the election for the Jurisdiction for all matters in the Code and the Rules which require action by the CEO.
