Cooperative Shares definition

Cooperative Shares. Shares issued by a Cooperative Corporation.
Cooperative Shares. The shares of stock issued by a Cooperative, owned by the Mortgagor, and allocated to a Cooperative Apartment.

  • The real property and improvements owned by the Cooperative Corporation, that includes the allocation of individual dwelling units to the holders of the Cooperative Shares of the Cooperative Corporation.

  • The lease on a Cooperative Unit evidencing the possessory interest of the owner of the Cooperative Shares in such Cooperative Unit.

  • Representative Shares shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

  • Cooperative Unit A single family dwelling located in a Cooperative Property.

  • Transfer student means a student entering an institution for the first time having successfully completed a minimum of 12 semester hours at another institution which is applicable for credit at the institution the student is entering.

  • Third Party Purchaser means any Person who, immediately prior to the contemplated transaction, (a) does not directly or indirectly own or have the right to acquire any outstanding Common Stock or (b) is not a Permitted Transferee of any Person who directly or indirectly owns or has the right to acquire any Common Stock.

  • Cooperative Lease With respect to a Cooperative Loan, the proprietary lease or occupancy agreement with respect to the Cooperative Apartment occupied by the Mortgagor and relating to the related Cooperative Stock, which lease or agreement confers an exclusive right to the holder of such Cooperative Stock to occupy such apartment.

  • Cooperative Project With respect to any Cooperative Loan, all real property and improvements thereto and rights therein and thereto owned by a Cooperative Corporation including without limitation the land, separate dwelling units and all common elements.

  • Permitted Security Interests means (i) any Security Interest for taxes, assessments or governmental charges or levies which relate to obligations not yet due and delinquent, (ii) easements, servitudes, encroachments and other minor imperfections of title which do not, individually or in the aggregate, detract from the value of or impair the use or marketability of any real property, and (iii) undetermined or inchoate Security Interests arising or potentially arising under statutory provisions which have not at the relevant time been filed or registered in accordance with applicable laws or of which written notice has not been given in accordance with applicable laws;
