Cooperative program means a program among two or more health care providers for the purpose of providing heart and kidney transplant services including, but not limited to, the sharing, allocation and referral of physicians, patients, personnel, instructional programs, support services, facilities, medical, diagnostic, laboratory or therapeutic services, equipment, devices or supplies, and other services traditionally offered by health care providers.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement shall continue in effect during the term specified in any Letter of Commitment, Energy Services Agreement, or other contractual obligation which the Energy Cooperative Member has with the Energy Services Vendor, TASB or the Energy Cooperative under an Energy Cooperative program.

  • If, at any time, there is a disagreement about the Cooperative program, or the student's activities while on the job, the program may be discontinued at the end of a semester at the request of either party.
