Convicted Entity definition

Convicted Entity means a corporation, partnership or association that has been convicted of a criminal offense that falls within the ambit of 21 U.S.C. §1320a — 7(a), but has not yet been excluded, debarred, suspended or otherwise declared ineligible.

  • Convicted means either of the following:

  • Regulated Entity means any entity referred to in Section I of Article L.613-34 of the French Code monétaire et financier as modified by the 20 August 2015 Decree Law, which includes certain credit institutions, investment firms, and certain of their parent or holding companies established in France.

  • Restricted Enterprise means an entity restricted from contracting with PRASA or any other Public Entity as a result of being listed either on the register for tender defaulters compiled in terms of the regulations to the Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act 12, of 2004; or any other relevant applicable Law;

  • Offense means a felony, gross misdemeanor, or crime of moral turpitude.

  • Crime means a misdemeanor or a felony.
