Conveyance Documents definition

Conveyance Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2(a).
Conveyance Documents means the documents described in Paragraphs 3.3(a)(i) and (ii), which provide for the assignment, transfer or other disposition of the Assets to the Purchaser.

  • The Escrow Agent shall hold the Conveyance Documents in escrow pending closing of the Option and authorization by Landlord to release the same for delivery to Tenant and subsequent recording.
