Conveyance Deed definition

Conveyance Deed. (i) in respect of the Unit shall mean written instrument executed between the Promoters and the Allottee(s) through which the ownership of the Unit is transferred in favour of Allottee(s) by the Promoters subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (ii) in respect of the Common Areas and Common Facilities shall mean written instrument executed between the Promoters and the Maintenance Association through which the ownership of the Common Areas and Common Facilities is transferred in favour of Maintenance Association by the Promoters subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, duly stamped and registered with the jurisdictional Sub Registrar of Assurances.
Conveyance Deed means the deed of conveyance which shall convey title of the Said Apartment in favour of the Allottee(s) in accordance with this Agreement.
Conveyance Deed means an agreement in the prescribed form between the Authority and the allottee or hirer or the registered agency, as the case may be, by which the title in the property is transferred to the allottee or hirer or the Registered Agency on the terms and conditions specified in the said agreement;

Conveyance Deed means a deed of sale executed bet ween the Board and the allottee by which tenement alongwith proportionate share of undivided land is transferred to the allottee on s uch term s and conditions as specified by the Board;
