Convertible Preferred Equity definition

Convertible Preferred Equity means the convertible preferred equity in Reorganized Parent with an initial liquidation preference of approximately $354 million, the terms of which shall be set forth in the Convertible Preferred Equity Documents.
Convertible Preferred Equity means the Borrower’s Series A Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share.
Convertible Preferred Equity means convertible redeemable preferred Equity issued by Borrower after the date hereof but on or prior to the Effective Date that results in Borrower’s receipt of aggregate gross proceeds (prior to the payment of related costs and expenses) of at least $40,000,000.
