CONVERTIBLE COMMON STOCK definition

CONVERTIBLE COMMON STOCK means the Series B Common Stock and the Series K Common Stock, collectively.
CONVERTIBLE COMMON STOCK means the Convertible Common Stock of the Company, par value $.50 per share, which is convertible into Common Stock of the Company on a share for share basis.
CONVERTIBLE COMMON STOCK means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon the conversion of the Warrant Shares into shares of Common Stock on the terms set forth in the Seventh Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company (as amended, amended and restated, or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Charter”). The Company and KLIM acknowledge and agree that this Warrant amends and restates in its entirety and replaces that certain Preferred Stock Purchase Warrant originally issued by the Company to KLIM on May 14, 2020.
