Converted Shares definition

Converted Shares means the Subject Equity Shares resulting from the conversion of Restricted Voting Shares into the Subject Equity Shares pursuant to subparagraph (ii);

Converted Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the Preferred Stock.

• The Cosmopolitan Open Offer Shares and/or the Cosmopolitan Converted Shares to be issued have the aggregate nominal value of approximately HK$8.8 million.

More Definitions of Converted Shares

Converted Shares shall have that meaning attributable to it in Section 1.03 of this Agreement.
