Conversion Request definition

Conversion Request means a request, substantially in the form of Exhibit B, by the Borrower to convert the interest rate basis for all or portions of outstanding Loans, which shall specify (a) the requested Conversion Date, which shall be not fewer than three Business Days after the date of such Conversion Request, (b) the aggregate amount of such Loans, on and after the Conversion Date, which are to bear interest as ABR Loans or Eurodollar Loans and (c) the term of the Interest Periods therefor, if any.

Conversion Request means (a) the irrevocable request to be given by a Debentureholder to the Conversion Agent directing the Conversion Agent to convert the Debentures into shares of Common Stock, and (b) the irrevocable request to be given by a holder of Preferred Securities to the Conversion Agent directing the Conversion Agent to exchange such stock on behalf of such holder.

Conversion Request means a request for Conversion submitted by a Shipper to the Transporter in accordance with this section 2.10;

Examples of Conversion Request in a sentence

• The existing Unitholders can dematerialise the units held in physical form (represented by Account Statement) at any time by making an application to the Depository Participant by filling up the Conversion Request Form (CRF) and surrendering the Account Statement(s).

• This Quality Conversion Request sent after closing of the Subscription Window can have any start date (either before the 1/10/Y+1, but the end date is always 30/09/Y+1).

• Conversion Request Form (CRF)/ Demat Request Form (DRF) to the DP asking for the conversion of units into demat form.

Conversion Request has the meaning specified in Section 3.07(a).
