Conversion Ratio definition

Conversion Ratio means the ratio (expressed as the number of Shares to which one Warrant relates) specified by the Issuer, subject to adjustments in accordance with these Conditions.
Conversion Ratio means, at any time, a fraction, of which the numerator is the entire outstanding Principal Amount of this Note (or such portion thereof that is being redeemed or repurchased), and of which the denominator is the Conversion Price as of the date such ratio is being determined.
Conversion Ratio means, at any time, a fraction, the numerator of which is Stated Value and the denominator of which is the Conversion Price at such time.

  • The holder of Multiple Voting Shares shall have the right to receive dividends, out of any cash or other assets legally available therefor, pari passu (on an as converted basis, assuming conversion of all Multiple Voting Shares into Subordinate Voting Shares at the Conversion Ratio) as to dividends and any declaration or payment of any dividend on the Subordinate Voting Shares.
