Conversion Notification Letter definition

Conversion Notification Letter means the communication by which the Bank informs the Borrower of the financial terms and conditions upon which a Conversion has been effected, in accordance with the Conversion Request Letter sent by the Borrower.

  • In such cases, if the Bank effects the Conversion, the disbursements shall be denominated in the Converted Currency and the disbursements shall be made in: (i) the Converted Currency; or (ii) an equivalent amount in Dollars at the exchange rate set forth in the Conversion Notification Letter, to be determined by the Bank when sourcing its financing.

Related to Conversion Notification Letter

  • Confirmation Notice means a notice provided by the Issuer to an Investor in accordance with clause 1.3(c) of the Terms;

  • Confirmation Letter means a letter issued by any applicable Rating Agency to the effect that neither (a) the resignation of Provident as Servicer under the Servicing Agreement and appointment of Litton as successor Servicer thereunder, nor (b) the amendments exxxxxxated by this Agreement, will adversely affect the then current ratings on the Certificates then being rated.

  • Conversion Notice has the meaning specified in Section 4.02(b).

  • Transfer Agent Instruction Letter means the letter from the Company to the Transfer Agent which instructs the Transfer Agent to issue Underlying Shares pursuant to the Transaction Documents, in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto.

  • Conversion/Continuation Notice is defined in Section 2.9.

  • Form of Notice of Conversion means the “Form of Notice of Conversion” attached as Attachment 1 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Notice of Conversion/Continuation has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 4.2.

  • Special Instruction Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to change his/her particulars and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Tax Certification Forms means any forms or other documentation as may be issued or required by a Tax Authority or by the Bank from time to time to confirm the tax status of the Customer or of a Connected Person.

  • Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).
