Controlling Stockholders definition

Controlling Stockholders means the individuals listed on Schedule 1.1(a) hereto and the spouse and lineal descendants of any such individual.
Controlling Stockholders means the members of the Leeds Family who hold shares of capital stock of the Company collectively representing a majority of the votes that may be cast on any matter on which stockholders of the Company shall be entitled to vote.
