Controlling Securities definition

Controlling Securities means (i) the Class A Notes so long as the Class A Notes are outstanding, (ii) after the Class A Notes are no longer outstanding, the Class B Notes so long as the Class B Notes are outstanding and (iii) after the Class B Notes are no longer outstanding, the Class C Notes so long as the Class C Notes are outstanding.
Controlling Securities means the Class A Notes so long as the Class A Notes are outstanding, and after the Class A Notes are no longer outstanding, the Class B Notes so long as the Class B Notes are outstanding.
Controlling Securities means securities representing 25% or more of the total number of votes that may be cast for the election of the directors of the Company.
