The liens on the Shared Collateral held by the Non- Controlling Agent shall be released automatically upon any sale, liquidation or foreclosure of any Shared Collateral, if such sale, liquidation or foreclosure is effected as a result of the exercise of remedies against all or a portion of the Shared Collateral by the Controlling Agent.
