Controlling Agent definition

Controlling Agent means (i) until the earlier of (x) the Discharge of Credit Agreement Obligations and (y) the Non-Controlling Authorized Representative Enforcement Date, the Bank Agent and (ii) from and after the earlier of (x) the Discharge of Credit Agreement Obligations and (y) the Non-Controlling Authorized Representative Enforcement Date, the collateral agent for that series of First Lien Indebtedness which is represented by the Major Non-Controlling Authorized Representative.
Controlling Agent means the “Controlling Agent” as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Controlling Agent means (i) prior to the Springing Control Date, the RUS Trustee, and (ii) after the Springing Control Date, the DIP Collateral Agent.

More Definitions of Controlling Agent

Controlling Agent means, with respect to any Common Collateral consisting of ABL Collateral or Non-ABL Collateral, the Agent with respect to the Prior Secured Parties secured by such Common Collateral and in respect of which Common Collateral all Other Secured Parties are Junior Secured Parties.
