Controlled Subsidiaries definition

Controlled Subsidiaries means any corporation or other organization in which the Company owns, directly or indirectly, an equity or other ownership interest equal to or greater than 50 percent.
Controlled Subsidiaries means any Subsidiary of The Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Controlled Subsidiaries means, with respect to any Person, any direct or indirect subsidiary of such Person that, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by such Person.
