Controlled Deposit Amount definition

Controlled Deposit Amount means, for any Transfer Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, an amount equal to the sum of the Controlled Accumulation Amount for such Transfer Date and any existing Accumulation Shortfall.

Controlled Deposit Amount means, for any Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, an amount equal to the sum of the Controlled Accumulation Amount for such Distribution Date and any Deficit Controlled Accumulation Amount for the immediately preceding Distribution Date.

Controlled Deposit Amount means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the sum of (a) the Controlled Accumulation Amount for such Transfer Date and (b) any existing Accumulation Shortfall.

• If for one or more months during the Controlled Accumulation Period there are not sufficient funds to deposit into the Principal Funding Account the Controlled Deposit Amount, then to the extent that excess funds are not available on subsequent Payment Dates with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period to make up for such shortfalls, the final payment of principal of the Notes will occur later than the Expected Final Payment Date.
